"I changed to state farm from progressive a little over a year ago. I had a series of bad luck, had problems with app, which was my fault, and I'm old school. I like to talk to a person. Dawn never made me feel like I was bothering her. She's very calm and made me feel at ease. And more important, when we were setting up my coverage, she spent extra time and asked me many personal questions to get me the correct coverage that fit me as an individual. Unfortunately I had to find out the hard way but I had all the coverage I needed because of her ."
