ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Troy Pieper - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage.
Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound calls.
Follow up with prospects and customers to build long-term relationships.
Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products.
Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and assist customers through the sales process.
Meet individual and team sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures.
Stay current on insurance products, licensing requirements, and industry changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills
Sales or customer-facing experience
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Compensación $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
